I'm Simon Lafortune, a product director based in Quebec, Canada. I've spent years managing dev teams at SaaS companies. The pattern is always the same: teams ship great work, and nobody tells the users.
I've written hundreds of changelogs. I've chased developers for release notes. I've built Notion templates, Slack bots, and spreadsheet trackers to solve this. None of them stuck because they all required someone to do the work.
Recaip is the product I wished existed. An agent that watches what your team ships, reads the context, and handles the entire communication pipeline. I built the first version with Claude Code, and Recaip has been dogfooding on itself since day one.
